Melati ESP

Melati ESP is the solo project of Indonesian-born artist Melati Malay, previously known as part of the groups Young Magic and Asa Tone. Her full-length debut, 2023's Hipernatural, is a lush, dreamy set of electronic pop songs influenced by ambient house, liquid jungle, and new age, sung entirely in the Indonesian language. Melati Malay grew up in Jakarta, where she listened to Javanese gamelan as well as atmospheric drum'n'bass and ambient music.
