Luis Eduardo Barragán (aka "Méne") is a Mexican singer and songwriter of indie pop and R&B. Born in 2000 in Mexico City but raised in Monterrey, Méne was interested in music from an early age and began writing songs in his teens, inspired by the atmospheric sound and feverish lyrics of nu-R&B artists such as Drake and the Weeknd.
