Metabass

Sydney, Australia hip-hop crew MetaBass (a.k.a. MetaBass 'n' Breath) was formed by rappers Morganics, Baba, and Elf Transporter; subsequent additions to the lineup include DJ Nic Toth, keyboardist Sloth, bassist Jason, and drummer Brother Love. The group issued its debut EP, Seek, in 1997; the full-length Life and Times of a Beatboxer followed three years later. ~ Jason Ankeny
