Michael Des Barres

Michael Des Barres had several shots at the big time, as an actor, a member of a variety of different bands, and as a solo artist, but failed to break through for reasons unknown. Born Michael Philip Des Barres in England on January 24, 1948, the future singer/actor grew up in the town of Surrey, and eventually attended drama school, where he acted in several plays.
