Michèle Yuki Gurdal is a Belgian pianist. Born near Brussels, she took an interest in music at age 6, and by age 9 was performing Haydn's Piano Concerto in D major with the Belgian Chamber Orchestra on television. By 17 she graduated with honors from the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles, where she studied piano, chamber music, and music history. Her teachers included Karl-Heinz Kämmerling, Homero Francesch, and Anatol Ugorski. In 2005, she was awarded a fellowship at the International Piano Academy at Lake Como.
