Mike Crotty

Mike Crotty, also sometimes referred to as Mick Crotty or Michael Crotty -- and not to be confused with the jazz musician Mike Crotty -- is a guitarist who has been a key member in several Irish and Celtic folk outfits since the end of the 1950s. His first notable recording outfit was the Ramblers Two with Johnny McEvoy, and he was later part of the Dublin City Ramblers (also coming up with their name). ~ Bruce Eder
