Moment of Truth

Comparable to the Trammps and Double Exposure, Moment of Truth was an excellent but little known East Coast quartet that combined Philadelphia soul with Philadelphia disco. The male vocal group (which consisted of Norris Harris, Ivery "Caprice" Bell, Michael Garrison, and Billy Jones) was consistently mindful of disco's soul roots and owed a strong debt to classic Philly soulsters like the Intruders and Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes.
