Vivian Sarratt and Edmond Hallas tag themselves as the "Sonny & Cher of Electro-Punk," so don't loop 'em in with the White Stripes. They're Mommy and Daddy, and don't you forget it. The two initially met in a philosophy class while attending George Mason University in Washington, D.C., in 1998.
