El Morro comprises Tomás Rubio and Pepe Garza, Mexican co-workers at a local radio station who decided to create a character based on a hilarious little boy with a spontaneous personality. El Morro became a social and cultural phenomenon after issuing their first children-oriented records. ~ Drago Bonacich
