Moullinex

Portuguese-born, Munich-based DJ and musician Luis Clara Gomes began producing neo-disco and house tracks under the name Moulinex (after the French appliance manufacturer) in 2007. His productions featured warm, easygoing dance beats, sunny guitars, and synthesizer melodies reminiscent of '80s disco and '90s French house. Gomes co-founded the Discotexas label with fellow producer Xinobi, releasing dance tracks by a variety of primarily Lisbon-based artists.
