Biography
London duo MRCY build a rich, textured sound from a bedrock of soul, funk, R&B, and psychedelia. The partnership of Kojo Degraft-Johnson and Barney Lister began in the early 2020s, culminating in the 2024 release of "Lorelei," their debut single for the Dead Oceans label. Their full-length debut, Volume 1, appeared later that year, followed in 2025 by Volume 2.
