Mugwump

Taking the name of a character from William S. Burroughs' book Naked Lunch, Mugwump is a Belgian DJ, producer, and party promoter who prefers heavy beats, heavy bass, and heavy reverb. He grew up while his homeland was at the center of the New Beat movement, the somewhat slow, somewhat industrial genre that reached its peak in the late '80s.
