Nadah El Shazly

Nadah El Shazly is an artist, vocalist, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. Born in Egypt and based in Montreal, her work radically reinvents early 20th century popular music styles from her homeland and explores futurist sonic, harmonic, textural and dynamic frontiers. Following the release of 2017's debut Ahwar, she became a cornerstone in the Egyptian musical underground.
