Belgian superstar singer Natalia Druyts, known simply as Natalia in her homeland, rose to fame on a Pop Idol-style television show in 2003 and went on to become a chart-topping recording sensation afterward with smash hits such as "I've Only Begun to Fight." Born on December 3, 1980, in Westerlo, Belgium, Druyts appeared as a contestant on Idool 2003, the first season of the Belgian version of Pop Idol, and proceeded to finish as the runner-up in a closely contested competition with Peter Evrard.
