Biography
A genre-bending, Boston-based progressive metal unit, Native Construct was formed in 2011 by Berklee College of Music grads Robert Edens (vocals), Myles Yang (bass), and Max Harchik (guitar). Employing a heady blend of blistering art-metal, musical theater, jazz, and classical that invokes names like Between the Buried and Me, Mr. Bungle, Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, Coheed & Cambria, and Dream Theater, the trio laid the groundwork for their debut album between 2011 and 2013, getting together between classes and on weekends.
