Festive, holiday-themed supergroup Northern Light Orchestra feature vocalists and musicians from a wide array of pop, hard rock, and heavy metal projects, including Winger, Survivor, Slaughter, Whitesnake, Kansas, Kiss, Alice Cooper, and Grand Funk Railroad, just to name a few. Similar in style to the Yuletide pomp and circumstance/laser light show-driven Trans-Siberian Orchestra, the project yielded its first fruit in 2009 with the release of The Spirit of Christmas.
