Bay Area rapper Offset Jim delivers unflinching lyrics about crime and drug dealing in a cold, nonchalant monotone. First appearing on releases by childhood friend ALLBLACK, he guested on releases by G-Eazy and Nef the Pharaoh, and issued his debut album, Rich Off the Pack, in 2021.
