Melbourne, Australia-based singer/songwriter Olivia Bartley formed Olympia in 2011, inspired by musicians such as Stina Nordenstam and Neil Young, as well as non-musical influences such as Pele and Carl Sagan. While she used the moniker for solo performances, she also performed with a band featuring a revolving lineup of musicians, usually featuring Peter Luscombe and Pat Bourke.
