British quartet Only the Poets inflame their passionate fans with anthemic, autobiographical songs inspired by '80s and '90s indie pop.
Formed in Reading, England in 2017, Only the Poets was the brainchild of singer/guitarist Tommy Longhurst. Having grown up with the world-famous Reading Festival on his doorstep, he was inspired to pursue a career in music. Starting as a solo artist, he later decided to form a band and recruited bassist Andrew "AndyRoo" Burge.
