Biography
A couple of years after reaching the finals of Australian Idol as a teenager, Melbourne native Brooke Addamo emerged under the moniker Owl Eyes, releasing her debut EP Faces in 2010. Blending lush, '80s-infused synth pop with warm, airy vocals, Addamo quickly gained the support of Australian youth radio giant Triple J and attracted label interest.
