Paper Doll was one of several short-lived groups/artists overseen by Patrick Adams and Peter Brown, the two legendary disco maestros who formed Harlem's P&P label and a number of satellite imprints in the mid-'70s. Produced by Brown, the "Get Down Boy" single was released in 1979 on Heavenly Star.
