Vocalist Paul Jones rose to fame in the 1960s during the height of the British Invasion, and went on to a long and varied career as one of the strongest and most adaptable singers in U.K. rock and blues. Jones first broke through as the lead singer of Manfred Mann, appearing on their international hit "Do Wah Diddy Diddy," then launched a solo career in 1966 with the LP My Way. Jones divided his time between music and acting, starring in the films Privilege (1967) and The Committee (1868) and cutting albums such as Come Into My Music Box (1969) and Crucifix in a Horseshoe (197...
