Pepe de Lucía

The tender vocals of Pepe de Lucía have been an important element of nuevo flamenco, particularly those recordings by his younger brother, flamenco guitarist Paco de Lucia, and his elder brother, guitarist Ramón de Algeciras. He played with Paco from 1958 through the '80s. In addition, Pepe is a widely celebrated producer, composer, and lyricist; he has written for Camaron de la Isla and Tomatito, among others.
