Pharaohs

The Los Angeles-based disco/house group Pharaohs were formed in 2009 by producers Alejandro Cohen and Samuel Cooper, who met in a record store and bonded over their purchases. The duo began playing around L.A. with a revolving cast of musicians before adding third member Suzanne Kraft and recording their four-track debut EP "Uhh Uhh" for the tastemaking L.A. disco and house label 100% Silk in October of 2011.
