French new age composer Philippe Bestion's first album, 1998's Tai Chi Vol. 1: Le Retour du Tigre, was created as an aid in preparing one's self for and thereby enhancing the experience of the martial art, while Visualisation Créatrice Vol. 1: La Reconstruction, from the same year, instead provided music that encouraged humans to use their brains to their full capacities.
