Planet Drum

Planet Drum is a Grammy Award-winning pan-global percussion ensemble that traffics in grooves from all over the world. Founded by Grateful Dead drummer Mickey Hart in 1991, Planet Drum's eponymous debut album featured Zakir Hussain, Vikku Vinayakram, Sikiru Adepoju, Babatunde Olatunji, Airto Moreira, Flora Purim, Giovanni Hidalgo, and Frank Colón.
