Pop It Off Boyz

Pop It Off Boyz came on the scene with "Crank Dat Batman," an infectious party track in the vein of "Crank Dat" by Soulja Boy. Just like Soulja Boy, members CG (Courtlin Edwards) and Lil Action (Nicholas Brown) were Illinois natives heavily influenced by the good-time snap music coming out of Atlanta, Georgia. Lil Action had actually moved to Atlanta for a time and picked up some of the local style. When he returned to Illinois, he teamed with CG under the name the Invisabel Criminalz.
