Los Angeles-based experimental metal/noise/punk outfit Qui were formed in 2000 around the talents of drummer/vocalist Paul Christensen and guitarist/vocalist Matt Cronk. The duo released their debut album, Baby Kisses, on the Heart of a Champion label in 2003. Jesus Lizard vocalist David Yow joined the group in 2006, appearing on the single "Today, Gestation," which was released on Infrasonic Sound Recordings.
