Reflections

London-based retro-pop quartet the Reflections may count Gene Pitney and Scott Walker as influences, but their moody and melodramatic blend of modern indie rock and shady '60s pop evokes contemporaries like Richard Hawley, Morrissey, and Last Shadow Puppets as much as it does the past masters. Formed in 2006, the band released a handful of singles before unveiling its debut album in late 2010. ~ James Christopher Monger
