Part of Nashville's burgeoning electro-pop scene in the mid- to late 2010s, Remmi is singer/songwriter Rachel Smith, whose voice and lyrics bring depth to her breezy music. An Orlando native, she moved to Nashville in hopes of getting a job in songwriting and publishing. As she honed her approach, her music became increasingly electronic and drew comparisons to Cappa and Broods.
