Rick Sowash

Composer Rick Sowash writes eclectic works rooted in tonal idioms. In addition to composing, he is known in his native Ohio as a writer, publisher, filmmaker, radio broadcaster, arts administrator, innkeeper, church musician, storyteller, and elected official. Richard (Rick) Sowash was born in January of 1950 in Mansfield, Ohio, and has lived in Ohio for almost his entire life. His father ran a print shop, and both parents were musical.
