A dance act driven by German production duo Yann Peifer (aka Yanou) and Manuel Reuter (aka Manian), R.I.O. is a vehicle for former Beat System and Future City vocalist Tony T. Born Neal Antone Dyer to Jamaican parents in London, England but raised in New York, Tony T. was approached by Peifer and Reuter -- who were experiencing great commercial success with their Cascada project -- to front some more of their club productions.
