Russ Irwin

Hailing from Huntington Hills, Long Island, NY, keyboardist Russ Irwin came to the attention of Charles Koppelman, who signed him to his SBK Records. In the fall of 1991, Irwin released a self-titled debut, showcasing his singer/songwriter tendencies. While not making much of an impact, either commercially or critically, it did yield a hit in the ballad "My Heart Belongs to You," which climbed into the Top 40.
