As Italo-Disco was becoming the dominant style of club music throughout Europe in the early '80s, many acts inevitably tried to get their piece of the pie. One of the most notable was de facto Italian Ryan Paris. Aspiring at first to become a poetry writer, Paris instead attained brief, but bright fame as a dancefloor crooner.
