Sarah Moule

b. Sarah Connearn, 5 August 1961, St. Leonards-On-Sea, Sussex, England. When she was growing up Moule did a lot of harmony singing, mostly with English folk songs. After attending the University of London, where she read French, she did sessions for songwriters and sang backing vocals with soul group Into The Red. She met Scottish guitarist Alex Gillan with whom she began writing and also performing jazz standards in a vocal and guitar duo.
