Biography
Multi-instrumentalist, frequent sideman, sound engineer, and songwriter Scotty Leitch fashions warm, ambling indie country-rock with his quasi-acoustic solo project Shelf Life. Hailing from Coatesville, Pennsylvania and based in Philadelphia, Leitch formed the short-lived acoustic band Pirouette in 2006, followed by the math rock-leaning Little Pirouettes in the early 2010s, amid regular work in other bands.
