Shout Out Out Out Out

Obsessed with vocoders, electro, and computerized disco, the Canadian dance-rock band Shout Out Out Out Out formed in Edmonton, Alberta, in May 2004. All of the members -- Nik Kozub, Jason Troock, Lyle Bell, Will Zimmerman, Clint Frazier, and "Gravy" -- had already been involved in the local music scene to some degree, whether playing in punk and rock bands or working as producers, DJs, and promoters. The band's debut album, Not Saying/Just Saying, was released in July 2006 through Nrmls Wlcm (Normals Welcome), a label run by members Kozub and Troock. ~ Kenyon Hopkin
