With the duet vocal harmonies of bassist Helen Meany and guitarist Elizabeth (just Elizabeth), Show Pony's fuel of power-pop and alternative country resulted in a number of shows with fellow Australians Love Me, and Golden Rough. Along with band mates Matt (guitar) and Jorge (drums), Show Pony debuted in 1998 on a split EP with Twelve24, courtesy of Steady Cam Records. ~ Mike DaRonco
