Shrapnel is a hard-hitting thrash metal outfit hailing from Norwich, England. The band issued a pair of EPs before unveiling their acclaimed 2014 full-length debut, The Virus Conspires, which made them darlings of the U.K. underground thrash scene. They continued to hone their neck-snapping, Bay Area thrash-leaning sound on subsequent efforts Raised on Decay and Palace for the Insane, then adopted a more progressive metalcore style for 2024's In Gravity.
