Pianist Simon Lepper is a prominent collaborative pianist, mostly accompanying singers but also performing chamber music in his native Britain and beyond. He is familiar to general audiences as a longtime accompanist in the BBC Cardiff Singer of the World vocal competition.
Lepper was born in Canterbury. He studied music at King's College, Cambridge, and went on for specialized studies in piano accompaniment at the Royal Academy of Music, working with Michael Dussek.
