Slave Raider

Formed in America in 1987 around the antics of vocalist Chainsaw Caine and his cohorts Nicci Wikkid (guitar), Letitia Rae (bass), Lance Sabin (guitar) and a drummer who called himself The Rock. At best they could be described as a poor man's Twisted Sister but lacked the talent to move off the bottom rung. Having recorded their debut album, to be used as a demo, Jive Records picked them up and Caine set his sights on taking the UK by storm.
