An emotive French-Algerian pop and R&B singer, Slimane rose to fame winning season five of The Voice: La Plus Belle Vox in 2016. He scored a hit with his cover of Vitaa's "À Fleur de Toi" and topped the French, Belgian, and Swiss charts with his debut album, 2016's A Bout de Reves. He has remained a chart favorite in France, hitting the Top Five with 2018's Solune, 2019's VersuS (with Vitaa), and 2022's Chroniques d'un Cupidon.
