Sparky Deathcap

Sparky Deathcap is the alt-folk solo venture of R N Taylor, an English musician and illustrator best known for his work with the Welsh indie pop collective Los Campesinos! In the late 2000s, he recorded an independent album, Let's Build a Fire, and an EP, Tear Jerky, before retiring the project to join Los Campesinos! in 2009. Over a decade later, his song "September" became a surprise viral hit, leading to a reissued and remixed version of Tear Jerky in 2023.
