Biography
Atlanta-based dreamlike R&B duo St. Beauty were formed in the mid-2010s by lead vocalist Alex Belle and vocalist/multi-instrumentalist Isis Valentino. Valentino's résumé before St. Beauty included work as a dancer and background singer for Janelle Monae and membership with the artist collective Wondaland Arts Society. One of St. Beauty's first public appearances came with the inclusion of their song "Going Nowhere" on the Wondaland Arts Society-affiliated compilation Wondaland Presents: The Eephus in 2015.
