Stein (initially Einstein) is the performing moniker of Jamaican dancehall vocalist and songwriter Jermaine Shaw. His music is primarily geared toward partying, with slick, bubbly production and lyrics focusing on sex and dancing, but he also has grittier material, heavy with gun talk. Shaw began performing at an early age, and was nicknamed Einstein by his cousin.
