Steve Kilbey

Best known as the lead singer/bassist of the Australian dream rock outfit the Church, Steve Kilbey is also an accomplished solo artist and writer. Drawing upon psychedelic rock, glam rock, and post-punk, Kilbey first emerged with the Church in the early '80s and gained worldwide fame with the band's sixth studio album, 1988's Starfish, which featured the classic hit single "Under the Milky Way."
