Biography

Pianist Steven Osborne is a mainstay at the Proms as a soloist and accompanist and regularly makes appearances worldwide as a concerto soloist and recitalist. He has won international competitions and several awards for his recordings, performing a wide repertoire and often focusing on the music of his native Scotland. Osborne was born on March 12, 1971, in Edinburgh, where his father was a church organist.
