Strip Steve

French DJ and producer Strip Steve's energized rhythms walk the line between club and hip-hop. Growing up in Bordeaux as Théo Pozoga and cutting his teeth on sounds from Daft Punk to Yo! MTV Raps, Steve started mixing at age 14, soon providing the soundtrack for parties with his friends. By 2007 he made his recorded debut with the "Skatin'" single for Disque Premier, and a year later he moved to Berlin, where he kept a busy schedule doing remixes for Shadow Dancer, Van She, and Outlander, as well as releasing the EP Skip School for his new musical home, Boys Noize.
