Biography
Sunrise Skater Kids is a fictional Baltimore, Maryland pop-punk band created by YouTube comedian Jarrod Alonge. Employing sharp, witty humor that parodied the Warped Tour scene, Alonge enlisted a crew of musicians -- often from bands he was poking fun at -- to help with Sunrise Skater Kids' songs. The band first appeared on Alonge's 2015 debut comedy album, Beating a Dead Horse, a "compilation" that featured fictional bands that parodied metalcore, screamo, emo, and other subgenres of punk and metal.
