Sydney Symphony Orchestra

The Sydney Symphony Orchestra is among Australia's leading symphonic ensembles, with roots stretching back to the early 20th century. It assumed its current form in 1946. The orchestra performs in the concert hall of the world-famous Sydney Opera House.
